CHICAGO ? University of Illinois trustees on Monday advanced the UI's online education initiative by approving tuition and application fees for the Global Campus and a $6.45 million loan for startup costs this year. The Global Campus is expected to offer its first online classes ? in nursing and online education ? in January. Several more degree programs are in the works.
