(NYSE:LRN) is announcing that a judgment has been entered by the Circuit Court of Ozaukee County in Wisconsin, bringing to a close a lawsuit brought by the Wisconsin Education Association against the Northern Ozaukee School District and K12 Inc. for operating the Wisconsin Virtual Academy (WIVA).
